No housekeeping but once a week they should get out trash bags so you tin can set out your trash outside of your room.

Great Value, Close to the airport
The Hotel was close to Phoenix airport, nigh 15 minutes abroad, notwithstanding tranquility. No loud airplanes, noisy bars or whatsoever other loud distracting sounds to disturb your sleep. Plenty of well-lit parking spaces likewise. The hotel is very make clean and appears to take been recently decorated. The carpeting is new and the walls appear to be freshly painted. The room we had was very comfortable with a well equipted kitchen, nice piece of furniture and fairly comfortable beds. I would have preferred a firmer mattress, only that is a personal option. The breakfast cafe was especially good with a hot entree daily (scrambled eggs or omelets) fresh fruit, yogurt, hot oatmeal, waffles and breakfast breads. The hotel is bright and airy with a nice pool. The staff is friendly and accomodating. A good value for business travelers or families. Nosotros would definitely stay in that location again. A good location for Phoenix, Tempe and Mesa activities.

We were charged more than for our pet than what the room toll! Most pet friendly hotels charge $10-$15, but this hotel did not post the fee on cyberspace nor at the front end desk-bound - information technology's in the fine print of contract! Plus, the clerk didn't even mention information technology at cheque-in - otherwise we would have left cat at friends nosotros were visitiing a mile away! We'll NEVER trust a TownPlace nor stay at ane again!

King Beds Please!
This was the first fourth dimension nosotros stayed at this hotel. Nosotros accept stayed at other Marriott hotels. Their two bedroom suite was bang-up with the exception of the bed - they just offer queen. Our room was located right side by side to the trash room and we hear a generator all night long. The hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable.

Awesome Hotel
when I outset arrived at TownePlace Suites I did not accept whatsoever great expectations, nevertheless the spacious rooms with a kitchen, friendly and helpful staff made me feel at home! I would definatly recommend this hotel to anyone!
